Frugal Family Food || Heathy Large Batch Spaghetti Sauce

I was invited to contribute another Frugal Family Food Recipe. I am excited to be the 1st FFF Collab partner for 2017!  What an honor!  Last year, I participated in the kickoff with Frugal Family Food by contributing Chicken and Yellow Rice.  This year, with finding my way back to healthy, I wanted to contribute a staple in my home that is frugal and healthy and helpful!

Healthy Large Batch Spaghetti Sauce

This is a simple recipe with standard staples for ingredients.  This recipe is from the Fix, Freeze, and Feast Cookbook that should be a staple to busy moms.  I love that this simple, but delicious dinner staple also saves me time and effort by making several meals worth at a time.  This cookbook and the skills to invest in your freezer is an every frugal family must have.
